Dr. Mona Hardas is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist specializing in cosmetic gynecology. She earned her medical degree at Government Medical College, Nagpur, trained in obstetrics and gynecology at the Royal College in England, and completed her residency at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan. She went on to complete a master's degree and fellowship training in cosmetic gynecology, and holds two Master's certifications in the field.

Dr. Hardas serves as an Associate Clinical Professor at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and as faculty of the American Board of Cosmetic Gynecology, where she has taught cosmetic gynecology since 2007. She has performed over a thousand vaginal rejuvenation procedures. Her surgical practice includes labia minoraplasty and majoraplasty, clitoral hood reduction, vaginoplasty, perineoplasty, hymenoplasty, and monsplasty, alongside non-surgical treatments such as ThermiVa and FemiLift.
