Choosing intimate surgery is a personal decision, and understanding the investment should feel just as clear and private. This page explains what shapes your cost and describes how your surgeon-designed plan comes together at your complimentary consultation.
- Complimentary Consultations: Meet privately to discuss your goals at no cost.
- No Hidden Fees: Your written plan sets out every component before you schedule.
- Flexible Financing: Patient-financing options are available to qualified applicants.
- Surgeon-Designed Treatment Plan: Your plan is built around your anatomy and goals.
What Shapes Your Investment
Every plan is individual. Three factors have the greatest influence on your investment.
1. Your Anatomy and Goals
No two bodies are the same. The amount of tissue involved, any asymmetry, and the result you have in mind all shape the surgical approach and the time it takes.
2. Combined Procedures
Many women address more than one concern at once, for example labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction. Combining procedures in a single session changes the scope of surgery and can mean one recovery period instead of two.
3. Your Personalized Plan
Your plan reflects the technique your surgeon recommends, the anesthesia approach, the surgical facility and your postoperative care. Each part is matched to you, not taken from a price list.

Your Surgeon-Designed Plan
The detailed figure is prepared at your consultation as part of your surgeon-designed plan, not as a sales quote. After a private discussion and examination, your surgeon recommends the approach that suits you. Fees are individualized based on the planned procedure, anticipated complexity, facility, anesthesia and postoperative care. A written estimate is provided before scheduling, so you can decide with full information and without pressure.
Insurance & Elective Procedures
Labia Cosmetica provides primarily elective cosmetic procedures. The practice does not participate with or accept assignment from health insurance plans for elective cosmetic services. Payment is the patient's responsibility.
When requested, our team may provide an itemized receipt or other available documentation and may assist the patient with submitting a claim to the patient's insurer. Such assistance is a courtesy and does not represent that a procedure is medically necessary, covered, preauthorized, or eligible for reimbursement. Coverage decisions are made solely by the patient's insurer. The patient remains responsible for all charges regardless of the insurer's decision.
Deposits, cancellation terms, accepted payment methods, financing, and refund policies must be disclosed in the signed financial agreement.
Patient Financing
Patient-financing options, including CareCredit®, are available to help you plan your procedure over time. (If CareCredit is not confirmed: “Patient-financing options are available to help you plan your procedure over time.”) Financing is subject to credit approval, and terms are set by the lender. The care team is happy to share details at your consultation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the consultation really complimentary?
Yes. Your consultation is complimentary and private. It's a chance to talk through your goals, ask questions and receive your surgeon-designed plan with no obligation to proceed.
Why isn't an exact price listed online?
Every plan depends on your anatomy, your goals and whether procedures are combined. Your exact investment is confirmed in writing before you schedule.
What does the written estimate cover?
Your estimate sets out the components of your plan, including the procedure, facility, anesthesia and postoperative care, so you know what to expect before you commit.
Will insurance cover my procedure?
Procedures are generally elective and cosmetic, and the practice does not participate with insurance for elective cosmetic services. On request, the team may provide an itemized receipt to submit to your insurer, but this doesn't guarantee coverage or reimbursement.
Does combining procedures change the investment?
It can. Combining procedures in one session changes the scope of surgery and may mean a single recovery period. Your surgeon will explain the options and the investment for each at your consultation.
Are payment plans available?
Patient-financing options may be available to qualified applicants. The care team can share details at your consultation.
